We are looking for an experienced Training & Skill Development Specialist with a strong understanding of the medical billing industry (Billing, Coding & Credentialing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives. The Specialist will collaborate with other departments to identify training needs, design courses, and deliver effective training sessions. The successful candidate will be committed to fostering internal staff development and driving the growth of the organization.
Responsibilities
– Develop and execute training initiatives aligned with the company’s mission and objectives, specifically within the medical billing sector.
– Collaborate with various departments, particularly Medical Billing & Credentialing, to identify training needs and create tailored courses.
– Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
– Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed to meet evolving organizational needs.
– Stay updated with the latest advancements in Polices & Guinness the medical billing industry.
– Develop employee career development plans and provide ongoing guidance and support.
– Maintain comprehensive training records and generate reports on training activities.
Requirements
Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training & Skill Development Specialist, Human Resources, or a related field.
– Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
– 5+ years of experience in medical billing, credentialing, and RCM auditing, with leadership experience preferred.
– Minimum 5 years of full-time working experience in auditing or quality management in RCM or healthcare.
– Proven experience as a Training & Skill Development Specialist or in a similar role, particularly in the medical billing industry.
– Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding & credentialing processes, terminologies, and HER System.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build Strong Connection with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
– Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs using diverse methodologies.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Willingness to work on weekends and during staff holidays when necessary
