Job description
Meds Nexus is looking for a Sr. Client Relation Specialist. An individual should be proficient in English communication (verbal and written) skills for our Pre-Sales department. This is a salary + commission-based role.
Responsibilities:
Answering inbound & outbound sales calls, emails, and text messages.
Scheduling Meetings, reminders, and conference calls.
Handle other duties as needed or assigned by Manager.
0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in a relevant field is required. (Call Center Experience can also be considered)
Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate in any domain with excellent English communication (Spoken) skills (preferably a North American accent)
Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP) & Basic Knowledge of PC applications
Basic Knowledge of the US Healthcare industry and/or international customer support experience in any domain
Available to work during US working hours
Must-Have:
Good English communication skills
International Calling & communication Experience is preferable
