Description

Meds Nexus are looking for a female P.H.D Specialist with excellent English communication skills for our patient help desk department (Patient Calling). It’s a pure Salary base Role.

Responsibilities:

Answering inbound patient calls and scheduling appointments.

Adding new patients to the system if it does not exist already.

Coordinating with doctor’s offices in the US regarding office hours, appointments and location changes, etc.

Gathering details of patient queries for any results and medications and relaying info to doctor’s office.

Handle other duties as needed.

Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and ensure resolution.

Identify client needs, and respond in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.

Solve queries of patients regarding their medical issues

Handling Front Desk (USA)

2 to 3 years hands on experience of customer support

Requirements:

Minimum bachelor in any domain with excellent

English communication (preferably North American accent) hands-on in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP)

Knowledge of the US healthcare industry2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in customer support

Available to work in US working hours
