Meds Nexus is looking for a Sr. Client Relation Specialist<\/strong>. An individual should be proficient in English communication (verbal and written) skills for our Pre-Sales department. This is a salary + commission-based role.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answering inbound & outbound sales calls, emails, and text messages.<\/p>\n

Scheduling Meetings, reminders, and conference calls.<\/p>\n

Handle other duties as needed or assigned by Manager.<\/p>\n

0 to 1 year of hands-on experience in a relevant field is required. (Call Center Experience can also be considered)<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Minimum Intermediate in any domain with excellent English communication (Spoken) skills (preferably a North American accent)<\/p>\n

Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP) & Basic Knowledge of PC applications<\/p>\n

Basic Knowledge of the US Healthcare industry and\/or international customer support experience in any domain<\/p>\n

Available to work during US working hours<\/p>\n

Must-Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Good English communication skills<\/p>\n

International Calling & communication Experience is preferable<\/p>\n
