An individual should be proficient in English communication (verbal and written) skills for our Pre-Sales department. This is a salary + commission-based role.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Answering inbound &amp; outbound sales calls, emails, and text messages.<\/p>\n<p>Scheduling Meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Team, etc.), and conference calls.<\/p>\n<p>Preparing analysis reports, Meeting Minutes<\/p>\n<p>Handle other duties as needed or assigned by Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and ensure resolution.<\/p>\n<p>Identify client needs, and respond in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.<\/p>\n<p>2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a relevant field is required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum Intermediate in any domain with excellent English communication (Verbal and written) skills (preferably a North American accent)<\/p>\n<p>Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP), RingCentral, Avaya\/Cisco IP Phones<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge of the US Healthcare industry, 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in customer support<\/p>\n<p>Available to work during US working hours<\/p>\n<p><strong>Must-Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fluent English communication skills<\/p>\n<p>International Calling &amp; communication experience<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in this exciting opportunity and meet the requirements above, please send your resume and a cover letter to\u00a0<strong>hr@medsnexus.com<\/strong>\u00a0by\u00a0<strong>25th March 2023<\/strong>.
