MEDS NEXUS<\/strong> a USA-based company is looking for Sr. A\/R Specialist \u2013 Vision Care<\/strong> Practice (s) for its Rawalpindi office.<\/p>\n Responsible for Insurance verifications, Authorizations, collecting, posting, and managing account payments. Responsible for submitting claims and following up with insurance companies.<\/p>\n Prepares and submits vision claims daily to various insurance companies either electronically or by paper. Knowledge of Vision care billing\/collection practices. \nPromptly processes payments from insurance companies.
\nIdentifies and resolves Insurance & patient billing complaints.
\nFollows up on aging claims or delinquent accounts.
\nParticipates in educational activities and attends monthly billing meetings.
\nMaintains the strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA – PHI guidelines\/regulations<\/p>\nSkills\/Experience:<\/strong><\/h4>\n
\nSound Knowledge of Vision Care Payers\u2019 guidelines and submission process.
\nExpertise in Medicaid & MCD MCOs\u2019 Claims processing
\nKnowledge of Authorizations & Denial Management
\nKnowledge of computer programs.
\nKnowledge of business office procedures.
\nKnowledge of basic Vision coding and third-party operating procedures and practices.
\nAbility to operate a computer and basic office equipment.
\nAbility to operate a multi-line telephone system.
\nSkill in answering a telephone pleasantly and helpfully.
\nAbility to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members or Supervisors.
\nMust be well-organized and detail-oriented.
