We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Medical Billing Professionals with experience in working with US-based Medical Billing Companies.<\/p>\n<p>The prospect should have experience in Billing, AR, Denial Management, and Appeals, Good Excel, and reporting. (<strong>skills in Vision Care Practice will be a plus<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Candidates should meet the following criteria to qualify for the job :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Working on CPT\/ICD coding<br \/>\nReview patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information<br \/>\nKnowledge of insurance guidelines especially Medicare and state Medicaid<br \/>\nFollow up on unpaid claims within the standard billing cycle timeframe<br \/>\nCheck each insurance payment for accuracy and compliance with the contract discount<br \/>\nCall insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary<br \/>\nIdentify and bill secondary or tertiary insurance<br \/>\nAll accounts are to be reviewed for insurance or patient follow-up<br \/>\nAnswer patient or insurance telephone inquiries about assigned accounts.<br \/>\nTo Communicate Effectively with Team and Clients.<br \/>\nTo perform Account Receivables, Denial Management, and Appeal Management.<br \/>\nTo maintain the protocols and documentation of each performed task.<br \/>\nAny other task as assigned by the management.<br \/>\nStrong verbal communication skills (English).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Specification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Excellent working knowledge of EHRs &amp; Medical Billing Software like CureMD, Kareo, Practice Fusion, MS Office, Web Fax (Metro Fax), Encoder pro, Payer Portals, and other related tools and software.<br \/>\nGood knowledge of Medical Billing and Coding<br \/>\nVision care management and Appeal<br \/>\nAuthorization (Pre, Post, and Retro)<br \/>\nResearch and Management Reporting<br \/>\nMust be a good team player<br \/>\nStrong verbal (English) and written communication (Good Typing speed).<br \/>\nMeds It Nexus provide a great career path and our employee are compensated with competitive compensation commensurate with their experience, please let us know if you are in the market to work as a medical billing Specialist.
