Meds Nexus are looking for Client Relation Associate<\/strong>\u00a0to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team and take care on full responsibility for generating leads and sales – Who is proficient in English communication skills for our Pre-Sales department. It’s a salary + commission-based role.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1-Calling clients and potential customers to inform them about the services offered.<\/p>\n

2-Answering inbound & outbound sales calls, emails, and text messages.<\/p>\n

3-Scheduling virtual zoom meetings with clients who are interested.<\/p>\n

4-Has to do email marketing and sending emails to clients.<\/p>\n

5-Attending\/handling virtual zoom meeting and client presentations.<\/p>\n

6-Preparing analysis reports, Meeting Minutes<\/p>\n

7-Handle other duties as needed or assigned by Manager.<\/p>\n

8-Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and ensure resolution.<\/p>\n

9-Identify client needs, and respond in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.<\/p>\n

10-2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a relevant field is required.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Minimum Intermediate in any domain with excellent English communication (Verbal and written) skills (preferably a North American accent)<\/p>\n

Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP), RingCentral, Avaya\/Cisco IP Phones<\/p>\n

Knowledge of the US Healthcare industry, 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in customer support<\/p>\n

Available to work during US working hours<\/p>\n

Must-Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fluent communication skills<\/p>\n

International Calling & communication Experience<\/p>\n

Female is preferable<\/p>\n
