\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u2022\tAssist in overseeing the operations of medical billing services, including medical coding, charge entry, claims submissions, payment posting, follow-up, and reimbursement management.
\n\u2022\tSupport the Manager Operations in leading a team of Medical Billing Associates and Team Leads.
\n\u2022\tRegularly communicate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth operations and resolve billing-related issues.
\n\u2022\tProvide updates on operations in daily meetings.
\n\u2022\tAssist in acting as a liaison with managers and administrators of assigned client components on day-to-day billing operations.
\n\u2022\tEnsure that billing operations are conducted in compliance with federal laws and departmental protocols.
\n\u2022\tAssist in developing and implementing operating policies and procedures in line with federal and state regulations.
\n\u2022\tSupervise personnel, including work allocation, attendance, and problem resolution.
\n\u2022\tEvaluate performance and make recommendations for personnel actions.
\n\u2022\tMotivate employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
\n\u2022\tReview and interpret operational data to assess the need for procedural revisions and enhancements.
\n\u2022\tParticipate in designing and implementing systems to enhance revenue and operating efficiency.
\n\u2022\tProvide training for new and existing staff on operating policies, protocols, systems, procedures, standards, and techniques.
\n\u2022\tPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and report to the Manager Operations.
