\nPosition Overview: As the Team Lead RCM Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing and guiding a team of Medical Billing Associates. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the revenue cycle management process, from medical coding to claims submissions and payment posting. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our mission and grow within a leading organization.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\u2022\tSupervise and mentor a team of Medical Billing Associates, ensuring high performance and adherence to protocols.
\n\u2022\tOversee the end-to-end revenue cycle management process, including medical coding, charge entry, claims submissions, payment posting, and follow-up.
\n\u2022\tConduct regular team meetings to provide updates, address issues, and ensure smooth operations.
\n\u2022\tMonitor team performance metrics and implement improvement plans as needed.
\n\u2022\tEnsure compliance with federal and state regulations in all billing operations.
\n\u2022\tDevelop and implement training programs for new hires and existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
\n\u2022\tReview operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to Asst. Manager or Manager Operations.
\nSkills and Qualifications:
\n\u2022\tStrong knowledge of RCM processes and best practices.
\n\u2022\tExcellent leadership and team management skills.
\n\u2022\tEffective communication and interpersonal abilities.
\n\u2022\tProficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
\n\u2022\tStrong analytical and data interpretation skills.
\n\u2022\tExperience with medical billing software and tools.
\n\u2022\tHigh attention to detail and accuracy.
\n\u2022\tAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
